Office Administrator Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
• Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
• Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Office Administrator Requirements:

• High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
• 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Description

• Setting up and maintaining infrastructure and on an on-going basis understanding the improvement areas for service reliability, scaling, availability etc.
• Automating CI/CD process, platform services using open-source tools. Developing CICD pipelines & understanding CICD pipelines improvement areas to drive up speed of Service Delivery with reliability.
• Understanding the infrastructure footprint and various applications running on the servers.
• Driving automation and best practices for DevOps, Infra set up & maintenance. Automating day to day operational and deployment tasks using tools.
• Linux OS administration, Storage and File Systems, Backup and Restore.
• Monitoring infrastructure and running services, taking action on generated alerts.

Skills Required

• Experience in working with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, etc.
• Experience in CI/CD ecosystem - Jenkins, Github, etc.
• Experience deploying applications on public/private/hybrid cloud infrastructure - i.e., AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack, etc.
• Experience working in designing, deploying, and managing infrastructure with exposure to solution design and deployment of resilient, HA, Highly Scalable & DR architecture.
• Strong experience in server administration (Linux / Ubuntu Server).
• Docker containers and Kubernetes - Hands-on experience on writing Docker files and compose files. Experience in writing Kubernetes manifest files
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging skills. Good performance diagnostic skills.
• Fair understanding of operating systems.
• Understanding of micro services, application servers, web servers, messaging servers, NOSQL and SQL database technologies.
• Strong experience in mentoring and training less experienced engineers.

Job Description

• Ability to lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers.
• Coordinating with clients and delegating tasks to team members.
• Hands on experience in designing and maintaining DevOps release mechanisms for production and testing environments.
• Ability to version, build and deploy containerized applications across all environments utilizing Jenkins, Docker, etc.
• Experience in Implementing, operating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for effective delivery of cloud resources.
• Ability to work and co-ordinate with DevOps team and other IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions and perform root cause analysis.

Qualifications / Experience Required

Job Description

• Experience in handling Enterprise LAN WAN MAN Infrastructure and perform day to day network operational activities
• Hands on experience in tasks like TCP IP addressing, Routing Protocols, switches, wireless controllers and access points

Skills Required

• Experience in Firewall (Sonicwall) configuration and management.

Requirements

• Minimum of two to three years working as a professional UI developer.

• Fundamental knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms ( LESS and SASS ).
• Keen understanding of client-side scripting & Java Script frameworks, along with jQuery.

• Setup, administer and support MySQL databases servers for Production, QA and Development.
