BE / MBA with hands on experience in doing business development for product or solutions based IT company
5 – 7 years of Sales / Business Development experience.
Should be familiar with “C” level engagement.
Should have experience on RFI, RFP, Bid walk through, preparing presentations and value proposition.
Should be an outstanding communicator and be able to effectively convey powerful business building ideas in a compelling way.
Should be good in Relationship Management.
Good exposure to the internet industry or databases market.
Experience in selling IT hardware products will be an added advantage.
Experience in selling the software products.
In depth exposure in selling to clients in US, Europe or other International markets.

Job Description
Developing new accounts in US and Europe region.
Setting up sales team to handle the full sales cycle.
Develop Go-To-Market strategy to explore the newer geographies.
Perform SWOT analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Top management.
Responsible for hunting new accounts, building pipeline, book revenues from US / Europe market.
Respond and seek clarifications from prospects on the RFPs to enable correct business proposal.

Job Description
Enterprise IT Sales and Lead generation in high volume, low value, short cycle transactions using telephone sales. (Cold calling a must skill)
As a Business Development Executive working for Mafiree Sales you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Fortune 2000 Companies.
You should be able to Qualify Mafiree prospects and produce quality leads for the Mafiree Sales Force
You should be able to do minimum 60 plus calls per day 70% cold calling & 30% install base.
You Should be able to work well in a team environment
Should be able to efficiently meet Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Quota targets and revenue goals
Should be able to build efficient contact lists of all major customers and identify key contacts at each company
Should be able to use Social media and search tools for generating leads and account information (Facebook/Twitter/ Linkedin)

Should be able to work US timings / India Timings (50:50)
Should be able to set up and lead solution discovery calls and/or field meetings

MySQL Database Administrators

Job Description:

Setup, administer and support MySQL databases servers for Production, QA and Development
Monitor databases for performance, bottlenecks and other issues, identify and deploy solutions
Perform appropriate backup, restoration and upgrades of database servers
Experience in design and implementation of platform architectures to support business requirements
Create/refine database complex queries, indexes, stored procedures & data mining
Build database tools and scripts to automate where possible
Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
Experience with large-scale, complex distributed Linux/Unix applications
Experience in performance tuning and database monitoring tools
Experience in Replication / Clustering / Tuning / Sizing and Monitoring
